Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Bookings, orders and payments

When you book or order through this site, the price, timing and any specific conditions shown at the time are part of these terms. We'll confirm by email. If we have to cancel or change something, we'll tell you as soon as we can.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• break the law or anyone else's rights using this site,
• upload anything harmful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share,
• try to get into accounts or parts of the site that aren't yours, or disrupt the site,
• use automated tools to collect information from the site or overload it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the files and messages you send us. You give us permission to store and use them only to provide the site's features to you, including processing them with the AI features described in our privacy policy.

AI features

Our support assistant and other AI features generate answers automatically, and those answers can be incomplete or wrong. They aren't professional advice. For anything important, such as prices, availability or your booking, check with a person by asking for one in the chat.

Our content

The site's design, text, images and other content belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy them for your own use without permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking or order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
